List models (OpenAI / Anthropic format)

/v1/models

Every active model. No authentication is required (SDKs may send their key anyway; it is ignored). Returns the OpenAI list with OpenRouter-style pricing (decimal strings, USD per token) plus mode, supports_reasoning and supports_vision. When the request carries an anthropic-version header, the Anthropic list shape is returned instead. The catalog is cached for up to 60 seconds.
